HR MANAGER
The person will be responsible for the coordination of the recruitment and training of Tuban plant personnel and conjunction with related parties with the company and main equipment supplier/s to the Tuban project. Being the top most position for HR Tuban Operation, the incumbent will accordingly be in change for maintaining harmonious industrial relation within the company and with Tuban local government as well as the local communities.

Location: Tuban – East Java

Requirement:
- University degree in relevant major (Management, Accounting, Law, or Psychology).
- Experienced in middle management level of service or operational function (HR, Procurement, IT).
- Understand Government Regulations on Manpower.
- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Good Communication personal & interpersonal skill.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

The person will be responsible for providing support and administrative services, which contribute to the achievement of Tuban Project Management’s objectives. The incumbent will also be in charge of managing the company housing, guest host, canteen, as well as providing cost effective transportation services and managing all contracts with vendors and service providers for general site activities.

Location: Tuban – East Java

Requirement:
- University degree in relevant major (Management, Accounting, or Engineering) with minimum 5 years experience in muddle management of support areas in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of contacts, procurement, project management and customer service management will be of value.
- Good management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties.
- Good communication personal & interpersonal skills.
