HEAD OF HRD STRATEGY DIVISION (HRD)
- Mastery on developing strategy for Recruitment, Promotion, Compensation & Benefit program.
- Mastery on developing Job Description and Job Evaluation.
- Having experience in developing Performance Management System. Familiar with Balance Score Card is preferred.
- Having experience in developing and measuring : (1). Training & Learning Management, (2). Service Excellent Program.
- Master degree from a reputable university majoring in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
- Having min. 5 years experience in banking industry is preferred.
- Male / Female, max. 40 years old

ASSISTANT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BD)
- Possesses strong analytical skill and able to prepare a management report.
- Bachelor / Master degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance or Accounting
with GPA > 3.0.
- Having min. 2 years experience in banking industry, finance or accounting field is preferred.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Male/Female, max. 30 years old.
