Sales Promotion Supervisor
Area: Surabaya, Malang, Bali, Kediri, Jember,Batam, Palembang, Lampung, Jakarta, Tasik, Cirebon
Code:(SPS-SBY, SPS-MLG, SPS-BL, SPS-KED, SPS-JMB, SPS-BTM, SPS-PLMB, SPS-LMP, SPS- JKT, SPS-TSK, SPS-CRBN)

Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge in:
  – Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
  – Implementing trade and consumer promotions
  – Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
  – Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
  – Planning the frequency of promotion
  – Responsible for trade promotion
  – Responsible for consumer promotion
  – Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion

Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
- Having 3 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or consumer product
- Having experience in “below the line” activities like: channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion and event promotion
- Having knowledge about industry, product, and market characteristic
- Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive and energetic, result oriented
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Literate in computer
