MSD is currently seeking for qualified candidates to be based in Pandaan Plant, East Java, as:
Directed by the production lead, works with reliability, planning, quality peers in the team to interpret strategies and plans into shop floor targets; design, execute and monitor standard work for line leaders and operators, to ensure line performance hits deployed quality, safety, supply, cost and continuous improvement targets. Responsible for the safety of employees, quality and delivery of production target by leading the shop floor.
• Hold Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering.
• 4 years shop floor and operations experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or similar.
• 1st line delivering and supervision experience in PKG and MFG operations.
• QA, materials handling, planning, EHS.
