Job Description
– Ensuring that all guests are met and greeted on time (as far as possible) at point of departure
– Provide informative and interesting commentary
– Attending to all enquiries and requests from customers
– Anticipate customers needs and plan ahead accordingly
– Provide entertainment for customers when appropriate
– Provide accurate & relevant information about the tourist attractions & activities visited during tour program
– Willing to travel to remote places anywhere in Indonesia
– Maintaining operational budget accordingly
– Drop off customers to reasonable destinations after tours

Job Type : Casual / Contract Expected salary : starting from Rp150,000/day (Junior / less experienced)

Person Specification
– Excellent attitude
– Pleasant manner and ability to relate well to people of all ages
– Neat presentation
– Outgoing personality
– Strong public speaking ability
– High level of customer service
– Even temperament
– Previous experience in travel industry desirable
– Previous experience in dealing with groups of people desirable

Qualifications Required
– at least Diploma 3 certificate
– English speaking is a must
– Mandarin/German/French/Italian/Spanish/Arabic/Russian or other language is a plus
