1. ACCOUNT PAYABLE SUPERVISOR (APSP2014)

Main responsibilities:
1. Develop the inhouse AP Division of the company, ensure continuous improvement in all aspects related to AP.
2. Review and develop systems for ensuring best business practice as part of the AP function.
3. Manage verification and record of transactions for all suppliers invoices and direct expenses
4. Assist in the preparation of invoices and timely payment of invoices with subcontractors, and contract counter parties.

4. Support the Management and Directors and the Company in ad hoc finance, tax and other finance related projects from to time.
5. Ensure that payments are scheduled and processed on a timely basis and compliance with the company policy and procedure.

1. Responsible for preparing all of the documentation relating to Accounts Receivable which include: sales invoice, AR journaling, outstanding balance, AR report and AR reconciliation

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for doing the daily shift operation (24 * 7 , in shift) of network surveillance team
2. Responsible for the use of Standard Operational Procedures and SLA related to escalation process
3. Responsible for the use of Network Management System for monitoring status of whole network elements in all
areas.
4. First line monitoring for fault handling and escalation to both internal (other dept) and external (vendors, field
maintenace,etc) for end to end support

6. Periodically generate network status reports that include routine shift reports
7. Responsible of creating trouble ticket of incident

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Knowledge and experience in networking and broadband
* 1 year work experience in telecommunication, ISP and IT, or fresh graduate
* Skilled in areas of wireless technologies of multi vendor environment (BTS, Radio access, Trans, Core, Provisioning) will be an advantage
* Knowledge in PHP, Visual Basic, and other programming will be an advantage
* Knowledge in Sun Solaris (basic) will be an advantage
* Mikrotik/Cisco knowledge will be an advantage.
