PT. MITSUI-SOKO INDONESIA, in Indonesia.
Set up primarily to provide warehousing, shipping, freight- forwarding, container storage, haulage and
transportation services, MITSUI-SOKO, will have at its disposal, a wealth of ready knowledge of the industries in
Indonesia through its local shareholder.
To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for most talented and energetic person to fill these positions
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SENIOR STAFF
Work Location : Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto – East Java
A. GENERAL FINANCE
Perform timely reporting of segmented profit and loss statement.
Perform full set of accounts and reconciliations for the Head Quarter and the project (s) using SAP Accounting System.
Compilation of expenses of Head Quarter and project (s) including input proper account codes.
Gathering and review of statement of expenses from project (s).
Preparation and Manage cash flow for Head Quarter.
Organize, record, follow up and payment process (bank transfer) of invoices for Head Quarter and for project (s) when necessary (including keying into systems).
Support the Project (s) teams for reconcile & release the payment to suppliers and contractor also consultant.
In charge of the cashier/petty cash for the Head Quarter and project (s) (advance to Staff, statement of expenses, reconciliation).
Liaise with the Banks.
Update and monitor fixed assets file
Other needs of the company
B. TAX ACCOUNTING
Timely filing of Tax return article 21, 23 and 4.2
Review of invoices and cash transaction form the tax point of view
Record of the corresponding transactions
Collection of PIB and tax certificate for article 22 related transactions
Collect tax invoices (faktur pajak) from suppliers and ensure the validity date
Prepare payroll administration
Organize, record, follow up and payment of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan and income tax article 21 for all employees.
Diploma’s degree with Accounting / Tax degree.
Minimum 1 years experiences in Finance & Accounting.
Conscientious, honest and assertive .
Good communication skill in English & advance in computer literate.
