OPERATIONS MANAGER BIOMETRIC KHARISMA UNIVERSAL
Penempatan : Surabaya
Primary Responsibility: Manage day-to-day activities of the Visa Application Centre (VAC) as defined in the function below
Essential Functions:
– Overall responsibility of Unit operations (and VAS)
– Monitor team performance and devise a plan to improve (if required)
– The person will have approx. 2-4 direct reports & will manage a team size of approx.15-40 employees
– Assign staff duties and manage roster based on the trend analysis / footfall trend in each of the VSC
– Overall administrative and people management responsibility
– Security related issues
– Training/ Mentoring the team (VAC/ VAS) and implementation of new processes
– Coordination with Accounts Department (Refunds, Escalations, Reconciliations, etc.)
– Responsibility for cash handover to accounts at the end of each day
– Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
– To work with the Value Added Services team in order to support maximum returns through optimum operational efficiency
– Coordination with Mission, Operational updates/ Memos from Mission
– Website updates (All languages)
– Managing escalations for the center and provide effective resolutions
– Suggest/monitor software changes to be implemented as per business requirements
– MIS (Handling OT data, Incentive data), Monthly Business Reviews
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
– A graduate in any field with 5-7 years’ experience
– Proficient in use of computers – MS Office
– 2-3 years in a supervisory role within Operations
– Demonstrated Process Knowledge

– Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations
– The person will have approx. 2-6 direct reports & will manage a team size of approx.10-15 employees
– Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster
– Monitor and Process applications and meeting the SLA’s
– Security related issues to be reported as per company policy
– Training and implementation of new processes
– Monitor and Coordinate with TL’s and Accounts Department – end of the day cash handover to accountant
– Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
– To work with the Value Added Services team in order to support maximum returns through optimum operational efficiency
– MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
– Adherence to SOPs
– Ensuring the E-Wallet matches the Enjaz entries on a daily basis
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
– Proficiency in use of computers – MS Office
– Written & Spoken Skills (English, Arabic) & typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
– *Typing speed might vary for an Arabic speaking country.
– Pre University or Above
– 2 year & above in a Supervisory role – experience in customer service
