SURABAYAJOBFAIR.COM --. PT. Lintang Buana Wisata Nusantara a legitimate Tour Operator based in Surabaya, East Java Indonesia with
branch operation in Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Flores, Kalimantan and Sulawesi is seeking for candidates to
fill in the position as :

A. RESERVATION SUPPORT

A Reservation Support serves an important role in providing information to customers by use of Email, Instant
Messaging, telephone and other communication media.
The information that Lintang Buana provide relates to fare details, tours, schedules, meals, and other important
issues that affect clients.
A Reservation Support is also a person who provides advice and dealing with all elements that are related with
traveling. Therefore the Reservation Support is required to always updating their skills and knowledge in area of
interest.

Reservation Support job duties and responsibilities entail the following:
1. Giving answers to inquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
2. Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking.
3. Walking around with clients and ensuring that they secure whatever services they are in need of.
4. Ensuring that clients have access to various services without a hitch.
5. Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
6. To market and sell holiday products to the customers and meet the set sales targets.
7. Discuss the client’s wants and needs.
8. Provide information about the best destinations places, tours accommodation and transport.
9. Organizing promotional materials for the company.
10. Addressing any complaints that could arise from the customers.
11. To notify clients of their bookings and days of travel.
12. To maintain record of transactions and make a daily report to Reservation Coordinator

Requirement:
– 21 – 28 years of age
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– Min D3 preferably from English Literature
– Computer with Office Application literate
– Good in Geography and Mathematics
– Willing to learn
– Honest and dependable
– Able to work both within team and independent
– Able to understand and write/speak perfectly English
– Able to work under pressure and in a dead line environment
– Have an understanding about tourism is an advantage
– Have own vehicle

B. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Job Description :
Planning, organizing, processing and evaluating all aspects related to administrative works such as:
– Daily data entry
– Monitoring exchange rates
– Preparing and issuing invoice
– Checking all travel documents prior guest arrival
– Receiving, checking travel documents after the commencement of tour
– Preparing for all items required prior the tour
– Reporting daily activities to Administration and Financial Coordinator

Requirements :
– Male/female with minimum of SMU/SMK/D1/D2 diploma
– Maximum of 24 years old
– Intermediate English and able to communicate well in a perfect Bahasa Indonesia
– Computer and Internet literate
– Attentive, details oriented, good inter-personal skill and service oriented
– Honest, responsible, discipline, and able to work under pressure
– Pro-active, well organized and able to work individually or within a team/group
– Tourism background is appreciated (not a must)

C. TOUR OPERATION SUPPORT

Requirement:
– Min 21 y.o
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– D3 preferably from Tourism Program
– Computer Office, Mathematics and Geography literate
– Willing to learn
– Honest and dependable
– Able to work both within team and independent
– Able to understand and write/speak perfectly English
– Able to work under pressure and dead line environment
– Willing to travel both domestic and international with all type of transports
– Have an understanding about tourism is an advantage
– Have own vehicle
