We are now looking for young motivated person who can team-up with the business by the role of EHS Officer, to be based in our Plant in Sidoarjo – East Java.

Responsibilities
1. Set up, improve, maintain and monitor EHS policy, program & procedures and ensure its compliance with related Indonesia’s regulations and Group EHS guidelines.
2. Monitor EHS implementation in shop floor and make improvement as necessary.
3. Prepare and deliver EHS education to the employees.
4. Encourage and ensure the proper safety work condition and conduct analysis for near missed & work accident in terms of its problem solving and the improvement.
5. Recommend and monitor the activity and program related to employee’s health matter.
6. Control and update licenses regarding to EHS, such as fire extinguisher & hydrant license and forklift permit.
7. Develop and update company emergency response plan, including coordinate with Fire Department and medical organization in terms of yearly emergency drill.

Requirements
• Having Diploma / Degree from related Major Environment, Health and Safety
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply with minimum GPA 2,75.
• Having leadership and good problem solving skills.
• Analytical, mature, eye for details, able to work under pressure.
• Good English language both verbal & in writing
• Ms Office literacy.
