MSD is currently seeking for qualified candidates to be based in Pandaan Plant, East Java.

JOB FUNCTION
The person in this position is for the effective and efficient warehouse operation including inbound material handling, sampling, storage, outbound shipping/distribution, dispensing, and material disposal

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Implement the company strategy to achieve business objective.
– Supervise all warehouse employees and activities
– Ensure fully compliance, timely, efficient, and effectiveness implementation of SOP, cGMP, Business Compliance, Safety Health Environment, other compliance-related requirements.
– Develop/Review training and compliance-related documentation, including SOP, Operation Instruction, Working Instruction, and procedures.
– Always aim to achieve and maintain high inventory accuracy level.
– Ensure real-time processes of inventory update and activity in SAP system.
– Ensure timely process of disposal from Warehouse
– Identify and implement opportunity for continuous improvement in warehouse operation, productivity, manpower performance, cost efficiency and effectiveness.
– Support global initiatives and product distribution in market.

QUALIFICATION
– Experienced 3 years as Supervisor or people manager
– A sound of knowledge in GMP, SAP & EHS
– Good communication in writing and verbal (English)
