WEB DESIGNER AND FRONT END DEVELOPER

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia
Reports to: CEO

Job Description:

As Web Designer and Front End Developer you’ll be responsible for designing and coding landing pages, mockups of new customized product offerings and email newsletters. The job is about 75% graphic and UI design and 25% coding those designs into working pages, prototypes and emails.

Requirements:

Cutting edge design sensibilities and aesthetic.
Understanding of how to translate marketing messages into modern, and minimal pages with an effortless and pleasing UI.
– Ability to self-manage tons of simultaneous projects and figure out how to prioritize projects from a diverse set of stakeholders.
– Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint
– Fluent in HTML, Javascript, CSS Word Press
– Understands English and able to write conversational English
– Understanding of how to design and code email newsletters as well as webpages. Portfolio would be required upon application.

Things we like: Maybe you’re someone who…
– Can edit video, audio, or create motion graphics.
– Can take original photographs and do original illustrations.
– Holds a degree in graphic design, computer science, new media or some other art form from a local university.
