SENIOR SALES ENGINEER (Automotive Spare Parts Products)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bertanggung jawab atas penjualan, pemasaran, dan distribusi produk di area tersebut di atas.
Responsible of handling major wholesaler accounts of the company group, in planning, tracking, and follow up of sales quotations, orders, customer forecasting and planning of each individual accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Pendidikan minimal S1, lebih disukai yang berasal dari jurusan teknik otomotif/teknik mesin.
Degree in Mechanical engineering, more likely in automotive technical / machine technical.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik di bidang otomotif, terutama sparepart.
Extensive knowledge & understanding in automotive aftermarket (spare parts) trade or relevant industrial.
Terbuka bagi pelamar yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales selama 3-5 tahun.
Open for applicants who has experienced as sales for 3-5 years.
Dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris.
Good communication in English.
Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Excellent interpersonal skills – persuasive, able to handle conflict and pressure & good negotiation skills, problem solving skills, sense for detail, strong communication.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
Able to do travel throughout the country/region.
