Develop core technology, including active participation in new solutions, the refinement of existing code, and the optimization of dynamic web content
help write design specifications, programming specifications, and documentation
Develop and maintain web applications written in Perl code for Catalyst models, views and controllers.
Collaborate with product management to produce functional specifications, including feasibility assessments, engineering time estimates, and strategic value assessments
Leading a team of developers.

Requirements
2+ years of CSS/HTML
Expert in Javascript/Ajax/DOM
Experience in Prototype
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Strong initiative – capable of working on a self-sufficient basis and able to identify areas of potential technical improvement
Self-management – capable of prioritizing and executing tasks
Problem solving – ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Preferred
2+ years of Perl or PHP experience
Excellent data mining abilities with MySQL
MVC implementation experience
Experience with other languages/systems
