1. Marketing Executive Staff (ME)
Surabaya-Jawa Timur

Responsibilities
– Achieve target that has been set by the division manager for each ME
– Build a good relationship with existing customer or new customer
– Handling for their customer database, payment and agreement
– Build a new target market in order to achieve their target

Requirements
– Male/Female
– Age below 27 years old
– Good looking, neat and love to meet new peoples
– D3/S1 graduate from any related background
– Min. 1 years experiences in sales and marketing field
– Able to speak in english and mandarin (would be an advantage)
– Having their own networking and channel
– Having their own vehicle and driving licenses

2. HRD Supervisor (HRD-SPV)
Surabaya-Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
– Establish a performance management system, coordinate and control the implementation of the performance management cycle, from planning, coaching, up-rated performance, to ensure the achievement of individual performance targets, unit, or company.
– Planning for manpower requirements in accordance with the development of the organization
– Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function across the company to ensure everything fits with the strategy, policies, systems and plans that have been prepared.

Requirements:
– Male/Female
– Max. 30 years old
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology, Law, or Management.
– GPA min. 3.00
– Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, training presentation, payroll administration, jamsostek, industriak relations, Compensation And Benefits Administration.
– Understand the latest regulatory of Labor Law
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Teamwork, self motivated, highly integrated, detailed and able to manage multi tasks, and would be able to work under tight schedules

3. Accounting Staff
Bondowoso-Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
– Provide and maintain accounting reports periodically
– Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure collection and analyze report
– Maintain ledgers / statements / accounts and input accounting entries
– Maintain cost allocation of expenses and handle other accounting / administrative work
– Prepare accounts, budget forecast and ensure availability of accurate accounting information for management reference
– Implement company accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:
– Female, D3 or S1 in Accounting or Finance
– Excellent knowledge and application of accounting
– Excellent technical skill in accounting rules
– Good computer application and strong analytical skill
– Good understanding in tax handling would be an advantage
– Detail oriented, trustworthy, honest and firm
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong commitment to accuracy and able to work independently
– Willing to be placed in Bondowoso

4. Field Staff
Bondowoso-Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
– Monitoring and quality controll in field
– Direct report to General Manager Field
– Making daily, weekly and monthly report and budgeting to GM Field about planting and seeding process in field
– Make and propose weekly and monthly operational budget to GM Field to support operational activity
– Good knowledge in teak and cadamba planting and harvesting process
Requirements:
– Male
– Age minimum 30 years old
– Min. GPA. 3,00
– Bachelor degree from Agriculture and Foresty Faculty
– Fresh Graduate or Experiences min. 1 yearsin related field
– Strong leadership, honest, team work and able to operate computer program
– Can operate microsoft word and excel also power point
– Having driving license
– Willing to be place in bondowoso

5. Receptionist
Surabaya-Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
– Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
– Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
– Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
– Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
– Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
– Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
– Female, Diploma or bachelor in any field
– Excellent verbal communication skill, telephone skill, listening, and customer focus
– Able to operate microsft office
– Detail oriented, able to handle pressure
– Strong commitment to accuracy and able to work independently
