As our support to our license partner in Indonesia & to support the rapid growth expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a potential candidate who has experience in convenience store, hypermarket and other modern supermarket chain store.

We are currently looking for the suitable candidates for the positions :

1. ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – RETAIL BALIKPAPAN (Job Code: “ASM-BPN”)
Duties and Responsibilities :
– Making sure the store runs smoothly
– Meet the store’s weekly and monthly targets
– Deal with any enquiries and/or complaints and monitor customer service
– Serve customer as needed
– Check the products you are sell are well-displayed
– Store receiving from supplier and/or warehouse and necessary documents
– Responsible for properly and accurate receiving merchandise, totaling bills, counting sales incentive, accepting payments
– Recruit and train the store staff and look after them, proper uniform and punctuality

Qualifications & Requirements :
– MALE, Age maximum 30 years, Diploma degree from marketing or management/relevant major.
– At least 3 years of working experience preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specializing in RETAIL industries (Hypermarket/Modern Supermarket chain store) or FMCG industries
– Excellent selling skills and customer service oriented
– High energy, Results Driven, Customer and Product Focus, Communication, Leadership, Adaptability, and Ethics and Integrity.
– Good communication in English and computer skills
– Willing to be placed at Balikpapan (ASAP)
– Salary take home pay: Rp. 3.300.000,- (incl. tax)
2. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER – RETAIL BALIKPAPAN (Job Code: “FAM-BPN”)

Duties and Responsibilities :
– Manage and responsible for all financial and accounting transaction, as well as documentation, in accordance with the Head Office’s guidance and policy
– Monitor monthly financial reports, income/budget, expenses and taxation
– Responsible for tax and audit compliance in accordance with tax law and regulations
– Oversee the operations of Finance & Accounting department in Branch office and prepare cash flow positions in accordance with the Head Office’s guidance and policy
– Reporting all aspects of Finance & Accounting duties to Head Office

Qualifications & Requirements :
– Male/Female age 30-35
– S1/ Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, or relevant major
– Required skills: Accounting system, SAP
– At least 5 years of working experience preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Finance/Cost Accounting or equivalent with retail invoicing experience and background on RETAIL (Hypermarket/Modern Supermarket chain store) or FMCG industries
– Well organized, strong leadership and problem solving skills
– Willing to work under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines
– High energy, comfortable working long hours, enthusiactic, honest high integrity
– Excellent verbal and written command in English and computer literate
– Willimg to be placed at Balikpapan (ASAP)
– Salary take home pay: Rp. 7.000.000,- (Incl. tax)
