General Manager (GM-2016)
Surabaya – Jawa Timur

Your role :
– Responsible for the implementation of company policy and to ensure that company regulations could be implemented properly and also its compliance with the company’s objectives and strategies according to the company’s overall business target.
As a General Manager your main responsibilities will involve :
– Making plan of implementation strategy on the overall company policy in order to run optimally.
– Monitoring the implementation of the policy and strategy of the company to ensure a smooth implementation of them, in order to run optimally and appropriately.
– Controlling and evaluating the implementation of the strategy in order to obtain strategic input as proposals for next year policy.
– Evaluating and analyzing the results of the implementation of company strategy and creating proposals for solving arising problems.
– Directing the functions of each department in implementing the company’s strategy.
Your Skills and Experience
– Minimum 5 years experience in the same field.
– Have extensive knowledge in management.
– Fluent in speaking and writing English.
– Good communication skills, outgoing & pleasant personality.
– Hardworking, prompt, accurate and friendly. A strong and charismatic leader, used to work against target and deadlines, result oriented, structured, systematical, proactive and have an open-minded.
